I made these for a family dinner a few weeks ago and boy oh boy were they yummy! But, here's the disclaimer... if you are still eating sugar on a regular basis, these will not taste as sweet as you may like. However, if you live a sugar-free (or mostly sugar-free) lifestyle, these will taste divine!
For the non-Paleo-ites in my home (grumble, sigh), I will make a regular whipped cream topping from raw organic cream next time.
On this particular night I made a coconut cream topping that was very well received by myself and my daughter - the only Paleo-lovers in the group (again...grumble, sigh).
